DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

• Rinse well. Add 1 cup of Bulghur Wheat to 1 1/2 cups of boiling water in a a heat proof bowl or pot.
• Cover and leave to absorb for about 10-12 minutes.
• Drain any excess water.
• Fluff up with a fork and enjoy.
